Azucena is the wife of Abilio "Bill" Vela and is the inspiration behind the fuel that continues to motivate Bill and his staff by way of implementing rigorous checks and balances that re-assures confidence and further provides excellent bookkeeping standards; customer support; office management; staff assignments, and is commited to all of TOPCON'S clients/customers, contacts and employees.

Specialized and detailed care to all that she does together with a mixture of dedicated attention to every asset at TOPCON, INC., is what Dora Vela is all about. Dora has been employed by TOPCON since 1988 and is as much a part of TOPCON as the heart of its' endeavors to its' customers. Dora's commitment to TOPCON is one that requires exceptional deliveries in the practice of pay-roll to include certified pay-roll and pay-roll accounting procedures. Add to that, Dora has now taken on the position of accounts payable!

Bill "Billy" Vela, Jr., Superintendent

It has been said that a good superintendent is likened to an exceptional accountant. Billy, the eldest son of Abilio and Azucena Vela certainly fills those qualities and is not your average superintendent. Billy goes beyond expectations maintaining complete control of his projects by keeping tight communication with TOPCON'S project managers; project architects; engineers; city inspectors; code compliance officers; subcontractors; TOPCON employees, and project owners. Billy dedicates special attention to any addendums; change orders; project submittals, and generates detailed daily reports on all of his projects.

Billy is another reason that TOPCON makes it happen!

Self starter; self motivated, and self disciplined are the qualifications necessary for a superintendent with TOPCON, INC. Agustin far exceeds those qualifications. Agustin's achievements with TOPCON reveal that he takes each project with a goal in mind. That goal is to coordinate all of the work to be performed through a target specific shedule while making sure that quality standards are being met, yet maintaining  strong safety measures through-out each project. Agustin's self disciplined skills are qualities that assist him at making sure that each project is completed prior to its' completion date.

Adrian's commitment and dedication to TOPCON extend to his child-hood days working along his dad through the school summer vacations in any possible way!

JR Fonseca has established an outstanding tradition going beyond expectation when it comes to generating the absolute best quotation for TOPCON'S customer/clients as estimator for TOPCON, INC.

It is no easy task to define the specific architecturally and engineered specifications for any given project yet, JR is an asset to TOPCON with his many years of estimating experience, while concentrating fully on the specific details required for each project.

With over thirty years of commercial and industrial construction experience, Jesse has built several high-rise and multi-story construction projects; airport hangers; schools; city, and county projects. Jesse's experience includes industrial projects involving construction services for chemical, refinery and utility construction such as Houston Power and Light Co.; Shell Petroleum, and Dow Chemicals in and around Houston, Texas.

Jesse is another reason that we say, "You dream it, we build it!"
